Skye Morse

Principal, owner

Skye is Vice President and Principal at M&S Development, in which capacity he leads all project development, deal structuring, and capital markets activity for the organization. He brings over 18 years of experience in financial management, risk analysis, business development, project management and knowledge of risk underwriting, large scale asset management, all aspects of project and construction management, tax equity funding and due diligence. He previously managed a $1 billion portfolio of solar energy assets and oversaw more than $700 million in new solar construction.

Dan Ridlehoover

director of Project Development

A desire to tackle complex housing projects and improve rural economies led Dan to join the M&S Development Team in August 2021. He holds a BA from University of California, Santa Cruz, and seven years experience in corporate retail project management; sourcing, developing, and operating retail stores on a national level. Other experience includes retail operations manager for Newell Brands’ technical apparel division, and the facilities manager for the Brattleboro Co-op. Dan is also a volunteer for the Dummerston Fire Department.

Megan Suhadolc

Project Development Associate

In this role, Megan helps progress projects through the management of grants, project feasibility analysis, and project implementation. Through effective project resource management, she supports the development of more equitable communities where everyone can thrive. Megan possesses over 20 years of experience in the recreation industry with specific knowledge of accounting, financial management, and administrative work. Prior to joining M&S, Megan served as the district administrator for Basin Recreation in Park City, Utah. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and the couple’s 13-year-old dog Stella.

Deb Moser 

Accountant

Deb is an accountant for M&S Development and Stevens & Associates. She has over 30 years of management experience in finance, and has held various positions including Risk Manager, Controller, Business Analyst, and Project Manager. She worked for several years in the investment banking/financial services industry, where she honed her financial skills and applied them to address financial statement preparation, reporting and forecasting; operational risk mitigation; and internal control improvements. As part of the M&S team, she is responsible for the bookkeeping, the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages, and the loan and tax credit compliance related to real estate development projects.

Andy Buswell

Controller and Director of Asset Management

Andy is the Controller and Director of Asset Management for M&S Development LLC. He has over 20 years of finance experience including financial reporting, analytics and budget management. In this role, Andy manages accounting, financial planning, analysis and reporting of M&S and other affiliates. Andy also has the responsibility within our Property Management division to ensure our building assets maintain and increase in value working with our Maintenance team and Leasing Manager. Prior to joining M&S, Andy was the Director of General Accounting at C&S Wholesale Grocers. In addition to finance, Andy has a passion for coaching basketball and has volunteered hundreds of hours over the years coaching youth recreation and High School level athletics.

Abigail Quigley

Leasing Manager

Abby is an accomplished property management and real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial property management and sales. Originally from Keene, New Hampshire, she has built a reputation for strong leadership, exceptional tenant relations, and a commitment to fostering thriving communities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Endicott College and later completed her MBA at the University of New Hampshire, strengthening her expertise in business operations, strategic management, and organizational leadership. As the Leasing Manager at M&S Development, Abby oversees various aspects of commercial and residential leasing operations. Her role includes managing tenant relationships, coordinating lease negotiations, supporting property performance goals, and working collaboratively with ownership, tenants, and internal teams to create positive and successful outcomes.

Marketa Psenickova

Office Manager

Born in Prague, Czech Republic, Marketa brings an international perspective, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep appreciation for community into every role she takes on. After moving to New York City, she built an exciting career in the fashion industry, where she managed several independent design labels — including her own — gaining hands-on experience in creative leadership, operations, and brand development. Today, she calls Southern Vermont home, where she serves as Office Manager for M&S Development while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of Bizitown, a vibrant coworking space in downtown Brattleboro. Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to connect people, she thrives on creating welcoming, productive environments where businesses, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals can grow and succeed together.

Bob Stevens

founder emeritus

Bob was a co-founder of M&S Development, and founder of Stevens & Associates, P.C., a design and development firm specializing in historic and architecturally significant projects. With over 30 years of experience working on affordable housing, historic mixed-use downtown development, and complex feasibility consulting, and with multiple professional affiliations, Bob has established deep connections with many communities, and with state and national funders, investors, regulators, and policy makers in the region. Bob has been instrumental in deal structuring, loan sourcing and capital raising for over $110 million in NMTC projects since from the company's founding in 2011 until his retirement in 2026. His work and community support have been recognized with numerous awards including the Vermont Downtown Volunteer of the Year and the Southern Vermont Leadership Award for Economic Excellence.
